Within couple of Months of commencement of construction work at Lonex Gardens Estate the developer has created a unique niche for herself among the numerous developers in Isheri North, an axis off Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Gateway City, Ogun State and Nigeria in general.

Meanwhile, in a stunning belief of the project with the developer’s proactive and high standard of work, the UBA Plc showed its support with commitment of huge amount of money to support the project thorough approval in principle of N5.0Billion to LONEX GARDENS ESTATE prospective buyers in Nigeria and Diaspora.
OGUN STATE GOVERNOR AND THE NEW COMMISSIONER VISIT LONEX GARDENS ESTATE
On 5th of July, 2007 history was made in the estate again as His Excellency, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, The Executive Governor of Ogun State accompanied by the entire state cabinet paid an unscheduled courtesy visit to Lonex Gardens Estate, which is one of the babiesy of the state’s Private Participation in Housing Delivery Programme. Like other dignitaries that have visited the estate in the past, he passed encomium on the quality of work met at the estate and promised to look into the neighborhood’s external work.
Furthermore, on 17th July, 2007 the new Ogun State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Lai Taiwo visited the estate along with his entourage. He was also impressed by the development in the estate and commended the quality of work done so far and promised to assist in pushing for quick intervention in providing solution to the external work problems.
Also, in her effort to make Lonex Gardens affordable to the public and a bride worth having, the developer made frantic effort to reduce the prices as well as providing convenient payment plan through internal payment plan arrangement and Mortgage facility arrangement through Wema Homes Savings and Loans Limited, a subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc who is the main financier of the project and Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc a subsidiary of Union Bank Plc without actually compromising her higher quality and standard.
UNION HOMES MD, UBA BANK, OGSG COMMISSIONER, WEMA BANK MD AND OTHERS ENDORSED LONEX GARDENS STANDARD OF CONSTRUCTION
On June 12, 2006 the Managing Director/CEO of Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc, Mr. Austine E. Aikhorin and his entourage in persons of the Assistant General Manager, Mr. Philip Odogwu and the Principal Manager Mortgage, Mr. Emeka Nwobiala paid courtesy visit to Lonex Gardens Estate, Isheri North to assess the present state of development on the estate they are marketing through mortgage provision to interested home owners.
After a tour of the development/construction process of the estate and the present level of the project, the Managing Director was impressed and revealed that they are happy to be associated with the project and also pledged their support.
Also, in the penultimate week, a similar visit by Ogun State Commissioner for Housing, Otunba Doyin Ogungbe and Mr Akinola, Executive Director Of Union Homes (formerly Union Bank Director) is another testimony, while expressing satisfaction at the level of development so far achieved at the site since last December when he equally represented the Ogun State Governor, His Excellency, Otunba Gbenga Daniel at the Foundation-laying ceremony of the estate, he revealed that he was glad that contrary to expectation that the Ogun State’s vision of private sector –public-participation in the provision of housing would not work out, the partnership was already a success and Lonex gardens Estate is a glowing example.
The Wema Bank Plc Group Managing Director, His Excellency, Bisi Omoyeni visited our site on Friday, 2nd March, 2007 and was full of gladness expression and commendation at the state of work in the estate.
Among other dignitaries that have visited the site and are impressed with the state of work are the Managing Director of Wema Homes Savings and Loans Limited, Mr. Ife Alabi, Wema Bank Plc, Institutional Banking Executive Director, Alhaji Ade Fagbenro, his team Mrs. Funke Irabor and others. Also, on Thursday, 8th March, 2007, the Group Head, Mortgage, UBA Plc, Mr Bola Ogunsola visited the estate and was more than happy at the state of work as well as the quality of workmanship
